One of the preeminent hoops circuits of the summer is back as the Nike Peach Jam Championship takes place July 17-24 in Augusta, Georgia. For this gathering of the country’s top young hoop talent, Jordan Brand represents five programs – each led by Jordanian athletes Chris Paul, Bradley Beal, Carmelo Anthony, Blake Griffin and Russell Westbrook.
To commemorate this year’s event, Jordan Brand has created player exclusives of the Air Jordan 1 Low OG and Air Jordan 36 Low, both of which are meant to be worn by tournament players. The Air Jordan 1 Low OG takes on a black exterior with a whitewashed graphic of what appear to be deep space imagery covering the tongue and Swoosh, while a glow-in-the-dark outsole and coated heel add some flair to the shoe. low silhouette. The Air Jordan 36 Low takes a much louder approach, with similar images of interstellar landscapes vividly painted in every color imaginable. A special t-shirt was also created to finish the capsule.
A release for these Jordan Brand Peach Jam PE’s is unlikely, so check out an official first look and stay tuned for more details.
