Nike drops LeBron James’ latest basketball sneaker in ‘Fortnite’


Great Space jam The merchandising windfall led LeBron James to Fortnite. The modern-day GOAT and only possible player to follow Michael Jordan in the film’s sequel will become a playable character starting Wednesday, July 14. There will be plenty of outfits and sneakers available in-game as part of the promotion, including a version of the Nike LeBron 19 that will also go on sale in real life.

Three-brand synergy defines the next sneaker, with a color scheme to match the Toon Squad uniform that James will wear. Space Jam: a new legacy and now Fortnite. Nike has started teasing the LeBron 19 “Uniform” on the SNKRS application, with a slideshow saying only that the release is “soon”.

By bringing an IRL component to their Fornite collaboration, it looks like James and Nike have followed Travis Scott’s lead. The brand’s most respectful musician partnered with Fornite himself last year, leading to a wide range of merchandise including a NERF pistol. Of course, Space Jam has already had no trouble jumping into the bunch of many other brands – over 200 to be precise.


The best-shopper film of the year – The eagerly awaited Space jam the sequel cannot be avoided in stores and now in one of the world’s most popular video games. Nike, along with its subsidiaries Converse and Jordan Brand, has an even wider assortment of Space jam the sneakers should be out soon. Now another sneaker has been added to the mix – adding the cash cow buzzword which is Fortnite. Every time it comes out it will inevitably sell out sooner than you can say, “What’s wrong?” Space jam hit? “But hey, at least everyone will be able to see their character taking the kicks Fortnite, as well as another “Taco Tuesday” makeup for the LeBron 19 that we’ll probably never see in real life.
