The new Space Jam movie gave the new generation a glimpse of the past when Michael Jordan was an NBA superstar. For millennials, they have LeBron James to admire. Sure, that can be argued, but there is no doubt that King James is worthy of staring in a movie franchise that rose to popularity 25 years ago.
The Space Jam: A New Legacy Collection was presented in June by Nike and Converse. Before that, there had been a first glimpse of a Nike Space Jam on the “Hare Force 1” theme. The Space Jam New Legacy Converse Run Star Motion Cosmic Server Verse has also been released.
A few weeks ago, the Nike LeBron 19 Space Jam was also unveiled. Two new colors follow: “Tune Squad” and “Bred”. We believe these two won’t be the last as more people will likely be asking for more.
Nike LeBron 19 Tune Squad
The colors of the Nike LeBron 19 Tune Squad variant are based on the movie “Space Jam: A New Legacy”. Look at the golden yellow of the stem (Flywire base). For contrast, bold red laces, interiors, and forefoot and heel mold complete the look.
The heel mold comes with iridescent padding. Notice the crown logos on the throat and the LJ mark. The bright blue midsole also gives a nice contrast. The orange air bubble is finished with a bold red tread.
Nike LeBron 19
The Nike LeBron 19 Bred version is predominantly black. This is the more classic iteration – in black with pops of red on the crowns, lace loops, outsoles, interiors and Swooshes.
The Nike LeBron 19 Bred will be released on October 22. There is no price mention yet, but we are sure it will sell out quickly.
