Shaquille O’Neal tries to cover up embarrassing head injury

Being big has worked well for Shaquille O’Neal. The NBA Hall of Famer won four rings during his playing career and made 15 All-Star teams. Her height wasn’t the only reason for her success, but she undoubtedly played a role in O’Neal’s dominance.

But that size eventually came back to bite O’Neal. Fortunately, this also led to a hilarious moment on “Inside the NBA”.

O’Neal drew questions almost immediately after appearing on the show wearing a black curly wig. Host Ernie Johnson prepared O’Neal perfectly, saying, “I know there must be some story behind this.”

O’Neal did not disappoint.

O’Neal first tried to pretend he had been attacked by a hawk. But after being in a hurry, he admitted he walked into a panel and scratched his head. O’Neal then removed the wig to reveal two large bandages on his head. The injury was not too serious. O’Neal said the scratch did not require stitches.

This is far from the first time that the size of an NBA player has come back to bite him. If only O’Neal knew about the original “Space Jam”, he would know the dangers of being great.

That’s not to say that O’Neal never learned useful skills from the movies. He starred in “Kazaam” after all.
