The Astros continue their first homestand of the season, April 19-24

Houston, TX- the Houston Astros pursue their first homestand of the season as they finish the three-game series with the Los Angeles Angels on Tuesday, April 19 and Wednesday April 20before welcoming the Toronto Blue Jays at Minute Maid Park, From Friday 22 April to Sunday 24 April.

Wednesday, April 20 vs. Los Angeles Angels – 5:40 p.m. CT
The Astros end the three-game series with the Angels on Wednesday and go wear their new Nike City Connect Space City uniforms for the first time. 10,000 followers will receive a Jose Altuve AL Champion Replica Ring, presented by Gallery Furniture.

Former NASA Astronaut Dr. Bernard Harris will be throw the first pitch in honor of the first field wear of our Space City uniforms. the funds raised from the 50/50 raffle at Wednesday’s game will go to his non-profit organizationthe Bernard Harris Institute/Bernard Harris Foundation. Friday, April 22 vs. Toronto Blue Jays – 7:10 p.m. CT
The Astros open a three-game series against the Blue Jays on Fridays at 7:10 p.m.. The first one Flashback Friday of the season, the Astros will be celebrating the decade of the 60s with 10,000 fans receiving a Colt .45s Alex Bregman Road jersey, presented by Coca-Cola.

Before each Friday home game, a Pregame Happy Hour presented by Budweiser will take place at Michelob Ultra Bar from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.. Fans can enjoy $5 Ultra Draft, a live DJ and incredible views.

After the match, the first Big and Bright Friday Night Fireworks of the season is on deck. Friday Night Fireworks, presented by ConocoPhillipswill present 1960s hit music. Saturday, April 23 vs. Toronto Blue Jays – 3:10 p.m. CT
Saturday’s game against the Toronto Blue Jays is Faith and Family Night, presented by Chick-fil-A Houston. Christian musician Micah Tyler will perform a inspiring post-match concert after the game against the Blue Jays. Each game ticket is also a ticket to the post-game concert and seats to the show are general admission. The concert stage will be located on the third base side. The Astros will celebrate Yuli Gurriel’s 2021 American League batting title and his Gold Glove 2021 price in a pre-match ceremony.

A pre-match ceremony recognizing Organ Donor Awareness in partnership with Houston Methodist is scheduled for Saturday, accompanied by a special first throw.

For Earth Day, the Astros Foundation with LyondellBasell and Trees for Houston will give 5,000 trees from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in parking lot B503 rue Chartres 77003. After distribution, LyondellBasell will distribute recycling bags in the main hall during the game.

Sunday, April 24 vs. Toronto Blue Jays – 1:10 p.m. CT
The Astros wrap up the series with the Blue Jays and the six-game home game at 1:10 p.m. Sunday. The game will be a birthday party for everyone’s favorite mascot, Orbit. To celebrate Orbit’s birthday, 10,000 fans will receive an Orbit Bobblehead, presented by Coca-Cola.

A special The Orbit Birthday Celebration add-on package is available for $35. Each person participating will need a birthday party voucher and it will give you access to celebrate Orbit with a pre-game birthday party at Union Station from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.. Activities will include face painting, a cartoonist, photo ops, snacks and more. The birthday bash will feature Orbit and many of his mascot friends from Houston and across MLB.
