Please note that players on DraftKings and FanDuel have multiple position eligibility and may not always match their position between them. In this article, we’re going to break down some of our favorite games on the slate to their positions. Remember to always keep an eye on the news as the day progresses because NBA news frequently changes slate.

Guard point

Kyle lowry ($ 8,000 DK, $ 6,900 FD)

It’s hard not to like Lowry for his paycheck, especially on FanDuel where he records a paycheck of $ 6,900 with the way he plays. Lowry has at least 35 fantastic points in six of his last eight games, including three in a row. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that Lowry is posting those numbers because Jimmy Butler, Bam Adebayo and Markieff Morris have been out for most of those games. This season, when not sharing the field with the three players, Lowry has recorded a 4.1% increase in his usage, which is the biggest increase on the Heat at 23.9% and an average of 1. , 07 fancy stitch per minute.

Jalen brunson ($ 5,800 DK, $ 6,300 FD)

I don’t expect Brunson’s salary to stay this low for too long, as Luka Doncic will be out for a few weeks. This season, when he’s not sharing the floor with Doncic, Brunson has seen his usage increase from 4% to 25.8%, averaging a whopping 1.02 points per minute. If we only look at the five games that Doncic has missed this season that Brunson has played in, we will see that Brunson is averaging 17.8 points, 5.8 rebounds, 7.6 assists and a steal. Brunson has at least 30 Fantasy Points in each of these games and has an average of 36.56 Fantasy Points. Brunson not only gets a huge boost with Doncic but you have to love the game against the Hornets as well. The Hornets sit last in the team’s defensive standings and have placed in the bottom ten for fantastic points awarded to guards in their last 15 games.

Shooting guard

Terance Mann (DK $ 4,400, DF $ 5,400)

104.75 15.4% 0.74 2nd 37.17

Paul George has missed the Clippers’ last two games and will be out again tonight. This must put Mann on your radar at his salary as he started the last two games with George and played at least 32 minutes in each of those games. Mann hasn’t only played a lot of minutes with George, but he’s also performed well in those games averaging 13 points, 9.5 rebounds and a steal. Mann has at least 23 fantastic points in each of those games and is averaging 28.03 fantastic points per game in the three games this season that Mann has played and that George has missed.

Small before

Kelly Oubre Jr. ($ 8,400 DK, $ 7,600 DF)

Team total Use rate Fantasy stitches per minute Opponent’s net defensive ranking Fantasy points allowed per game to position yourself
108.25 22.5% 0.93 15th 40.28

The Hornets are expected to pick up a few players tonight from the Covid protocols, but are still expected to be deprived of several key players. Oubre Jr. has been one of the Hornets’ biggest benefactors being shorthanded as he started and played fantastically in all four games from the start. In those four games, Oubre Jr. is averaging 26.8 points, six rebounds, 3.3 assists and 3.1 steals + blocks while playing at least 39 minutes in each game. Oubre Jr. has at least 37 fantasy points in each of these games and is averaging 46.08 fantasy points per game. This recent solid game is nothing new for Oubre either, as prior to those four games Oubre was playing excellent basketball off the bench with at least 27 fantastic points in each of his previous five games.

Eric Gordon ($ 5,300 DK, $ 5,300 DF)

Team total Use rate Fantasy stitches per minute Opponent’s net defensive ranking Fantasy points allowed per game to position yourself
108.25 20.5% 0.74 24 39.72

Gordon has played very well in his last four games with the Rockets, Jalen Green and Kevin Porter Jr. both missing except 18 minutes of those games. In those four games, the Space Jam vet is averaging 20.5 points and four assists. Gordon has at least 25 fantasy points in each of these games. With a game against a Hawks team that ranks in the bottom ten in terms of net defensive standings and fantastic points awarded to both guard posts, we should see Gordon continue with his solid game.

Forward power

Chris Boucher ($ 4,300 DK, $ 5,000 FD)

Team total Use rate Fantasy stitches per minute Opponent’s net defensive ranking Fantasy points allowed per game to position yourself
112.25 23.5% 1.07 27th 41.20

The Raptors face a lot of injuries up front and that has allowed Boucher to see an increase in minutes. Boucher has seen his minutes increase in each of the last three games and has just completed a game in which he played 27 minutes. Increasing the minutes makes Boucher one of my best value games on this slate because he’s always someone who shows numbers when he gets the minutes. Boucher has at least 22 fantastic points in each of these last three games and is averaging 1.07 fantastic points per minute this season. The match-up is also in favor of Boucher. The Kings are not only one of the worst defensive teams in the NBA (fourth worst team defensive score), but they are also one of the worst rebounding teams placing 24th for team bounce rate this year. season.

PJ Tucker ($ 4,100 DK, $ 5,100 DF)

Team total Use rate Fantasy stitches per minute Opponent’s net defensive ranking Fantasy points allowed per game to position yourself
102.00 10.3% 0.69 3rd 44.83

Tucker is one of my favorite players in the NBA but not for his game. I love Tucker because I’m a sneaker enthusiast and Tucker has the most famous shoe collection in the world. While I still love to see which kicks Tucker is going to pull off on any given night, that’s not why Tucker is in this article today. Tucker is in this article based on his last two games. Tucker has played at least 32 minutes in those games and is averaging 11.5 points, nine rebounds, 6.5 assists and two steals + blocks. Tucker has 34 fantasy points in those two games. It’s the elite production of someone as cheap as Tucker. Having said that, I would be cautious if I pick Tucker as he is a very inconsistent player who misses most of the time.

Center

Nikola Jokic ($ 12,000 DK, $ 11,400 FD)

Team total Use rate Fantasy stitches per minute Opponent’s net defensive ranking Fantasy points allowed per game to position yourself
109.75 32.3% 1.71 17th 54.85

I’m not going to argue with anyone who decides to have limited or even zero exposure to Jokic tonight. There are a lot of nails on this slate and some great options at the center position. Jokic is also very expensive tonight. That being said, I think Jokic is the best player on this one-mile list because his last four games have been out of this world. In those four games, Jokic is averaging a triple-double with 28.3 points, 13.3 rebounds and 11 assists. Jokic is also averaging 2.3 steals + blocks. This comprehensive play allowed Jokic to score an average of 63.4 fantasy points in these games. The Wizards are also not a team that should be able to slow Jokic down.
